TLN’s Post-Game Report: Lakers vs. Bucks

Is the Lakers defense that good or are the Bucks that offensively challenged? The Bucks shot 38% from the game and scored only 31 points the entire first half. If the second unit hadn’t let up in the fourth, it would have been a complete embarrassment.

The Lakers won their 17th game of the season tonight as all 5 starters scored double figures. Once again it was a balanced attack and good shooting. Unfotunatly, the Lakers decided to turn the ball over 25 times, but their defense made up for it.

An interesting stat–not one starter on the Bucks scored double figures, while 5 bench players did.

Now, the bests of the night…

Top 3 Laker Performers -

1) Bynum had 14 points and 14 rebounds to go with his 2 blocks. Also 6-6 from the stripe.

2) D-Fish cracks the top three with his 19 points and 5 steals.

3) Kobe’s 20 points and 8 assists were just what the Lakers needed.

Lakers Smush of the Day (Note: STD denotes the Laker that played the poorest): Farmar shot 1-6 and missed layups. 2 turnovers. Bad game, Jordan.

Play of the Game: The oop to Kobe to start the second half.

What to Look for Next Game: Bynum vs. Shaq. Enjoy it.
