Great news on Sasha!

Twitter: Sasha Vujacic practiced today. Phil Jackson said he expects Vujacic to be healthy for tomorrow against toronto

  • LakerFTW

Oh sh!t. let the winning streak begin.

  • BE_A_LakerFan

Here comes all the Sasha bashing.

As long as he’s in a Laker uniform i will be rooting for him to do well, b/c it helps the team. He’s not going anywhere so might as well just wish him the best.

    Go Lakers!

    • gofeedtina

agreed. Hope Sasha comes back with his shot though..

this is great news? I hope he will finally nail some shots

  • pauer

Oh I read that wrong. I thought that it was already tomorrow and he somehow hit a bunch of 3’s to win the game or something.

SOUNDS LIKE LESS TOUCHES FOR GASOFT………..

    • keepon_keepinon18

You sound a lot like “Charles Barkley”.

  • 09champs!

    Great news :)
dont get me wrong, i love what Shannon brings , but lately he has been just jacking up mid range force shots, and thats not his strength, maybe if Sasha plays well , Farmar and Shannon will play the way they were, and at the same time The Machine comes back stong :P

  • lakerfan2010

Lets get this winning streak started! Hopefully Sasha can spark some plays off the bench.

    Watch out for falling bricks!

Let Sasha play. For all you Shannon lovers, I say sit his a s s down and give Sasha back his minutes. Shannon ain’t doin s h i t but turning the ball over. We ain’t winning with him playing so might as well change it up and let Sasha and Farmar play together. It worked before, why wouldn’t it work again.

Although Sasha’s shooting hasn’t been that reliable, recall that his “D” has been responsible for annoying a lot of players (who seem to like to hit him in the face). This disrupts the opponents, and generally helps our team.
    .
Also, there are ‘many’ reasons for having role players, the least of which is giving rest to starters, in addition to being used to deploy different team formations. So every player is important. Look at the Cavs. They won without LeBron. Role players and other members of the team helped there, I’m sure.
    .
I have never understood why you ‘wouldn’t’ want players to play, unless they come into a game and start turning over the ball over and over. If they don’t produce offense, it’s not as bad, because the ‘main’ players can do that. And, if a player is not having a good day, then don’t pass the friggin’ ball to him to shoot.
    .
Anyway, the Lakers roster is already quite small. Luke is not playing. Sasha is not playing. Shannon Brown is not playing well. The ‘main players’ are taking more of a load. This is not good. This is why the games have been tough lately. We need all our players, and I think we need more (only 13 on the roster). So it’s good that Sasha is returning – AND – maybe it will shake things up, and they WILL start winning.

  • Toni

So which “Machine” will show up? – The operable one that can make shots or the inoperable one who can’t hit any shot?!

Sasha: Get back in rhythm and make those shots …. COUNT!!!!!

  • lakers2000

You got to give it to the guy. He plays the most intense on the defensive end. Maybe this is what we’ve been missing? Go Lakers!

Go Sasha ,Bro you got a hot looking chick,Now go hit some shots for us. Play that mad dog defense.
Hey what happen to Mark Maddesen ? He was tough
get him for a six pack .Keep Bynum 5 points 5 fouls for
when we play the Clippers so he can get his season high .
Bynum sucks weak as punk. Trade for better player

  • trippleocho

We need all the help we can get at this point. I hope he can come in and play pesky defense and hit some of those open shots Artest has been missing.
