Henry last played on Dec. 29 versus the Philadelphia 76ers when he suffered the injury.
According to Mike Trudell, Lakers guard Xavier Henry will be out at least one more week with a bone bruise/knee strain in his right knee:
“Xavier Henry (knee strain) is out at least 1 more week, at which point he’ll be re-evaluated. That puts him out at least 4 more games.”
Henry was injured against the Philadelphia 76ers on December 31st. On the season, he is averaging 10.1 points per game and was definitely a bright spot for the Lakers before going down with the injury.
He’ll be re-evaluated in Chicago or Miami on the upcoming Grammy road trip.
