Lakers point guard, Steve Blake, will be out of action for 3-4 weeks according to a tweet from the team’s official twitter account.

After further evaluation Steve Blake will be out approximately 3-4 weeks due to the costochaondral fracture he suffered against PHX.”

Blake has been much improved this year off of the bench for the Purple and Gold, averaging 7.1 points and 2.8 assists in 24 minutes per game. After starting point guard, Derek Fisher, the other options the Lakers have at the point guard position are rookies Darius Morris and Andrew Goudelock, who both saw minutes in the win against Cleveland on Friday night.
