You see? The lockout isn’t good for anyone.
Kendrick Perkins is hanging out with Stephen Jackson (obviously, he was arrested), Delonte West has his hopes set on a contract with… Home Depot, WNBA star Chris Bosh is inking his back with random birds, trees and a chick eating a skull (yep, this really happened) and, of course, I’m writing all of this in one ridiculously long run-on sentence.
But hey, at-least Kobe is staying away from the headlines, right?
According to the L.A. Times, Bryant was involved in a minor altercation on Sunday with a churchgoer who he believed was taking pictures of him with his phone. Reportedly, Kobe confronted the man (who has not been identified yet), grabbed his phone and after seeing no pictures, returned it and quickly left the Church.
The man later went to the hospital, where he was treated for a minor wrist sprain. The confrontation happened at St. Therese of Carmel Church in San Diego.
The lesson here? Don’t take pretend pictures of Kobe at Church, and you won’t end up with a pretend wrist sprain. We’ll keep you posted as this story develops.
