Let me just ask this question, if you were the Kings GM why would you trade Artest to the Lakers for LO? (I am not sure if the trade goes through straight up or not!) but they probably would not do that with a rival team in the same division. The Kings just traded Bibby and I do not think they are having a fire sale at this time. However, here is an interesting thought. Joe Dumars said he is open for business (Prince, anyone?) now that is a team that would actually pull the trigger for an LO expiring contract deal.

Nonetheless, if I were Mitch I won’t trade Lamar just yet (imao I don’t want to trade LO). I would like to see how the team is going to function when Bynum gets back. If it still proves to be a wrong idea then Mitch can get a whole lot of different looks and deal options before the trade deadline.

Again, Ron Artest has a player option on his contract right now. Although he hasnt said anthing about opting out he could very eaisly say I dont want to play for Sacramento anymore. Talking to Joe Maloof personally they love artest and want him to stay in a Kings uniform but quote, “Thats up to Ron, thats totally out of our control”. Thats what makes this scenario somewhat interesting.

Mr. Madison, what you’ve just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.
