The Lakers improved to 3-0, on their Grammy road trip, as they beat their rival Boston Celtics 92-86 at the TD Garden.
Kobe Bryant started out as a facilitator only scoring three points in the first half, but turned it on in the 2nd by scoring 20 of his 23 in the final two quarters.
Pau Gasol, Andrew Bynum, and Lamar Odom were all in double figures as they combined for 46 points, and 31 rebounds, taking advantage of the mismatch they had down low with the O’Neal’s out of the lineup.
The only “signature” win the Lakers had before this game was a win against the Bulls. Now, being able to add a win against the Celtics, on the road, to their resumes only helps their argument that they still have what it takes to win a third straight title.
David Brickley host of Voice of the Nation gave you his post-game thoughts on the big win in Boston
