Interesting tidbit on the Jazz health on Okur…

Salt Lake Tribune: In a telling move, the Jazz recalled rookie center Kosta Koufos from the D-League – the Utah Flash are in the middle of the playoffs – to provide some low post depth in case Okur can’t go. Siler said that from what he learned after Utah’s practice, he wouldn’t expect Okur to play because he simply “Can’t do any running.”

hmm.. sound off guys! fiesta round!

theyre super done for if he cant play

  • kobe8

I don’t think it actually matters if he plays or not. I’ll be surprised if there’s a game 6 in this series.

I wonder if he pulled his hamstring while trying to play jazz with his skin flute.

  • kevin

    That will be their excuse.

  • lafanfromindiana

Honestly, they won’t use this as an excuse any more than we used Bynum or the refs as excuses for last year. I guarantee after the first game we lose in the playoffs, the fans on this site will be blaming the refs.

SO your telling me you’ve never seen one single bad officiating game or biased game? You have to be kidding me because many games are biased by the refs.

When you’re in the playoffs your juggling between your opponent AND the refs

[Comment ID #68371 Will Be Quoted Here] Hey after game 2 at Boston last year even James Worthy said the refs were terrible and that is one of the worst officiated games ever! And yes the lakers did not have Bynum but do you think the celtics would have beaten the lakers last year without Garnett?
