The 66 game schedule will begin on Christmas Day.
According to NBA.com:
After a secret meeting earlier this week, the sides met for more than 15 hours Friday, working to try to save the season. This handshake deal, however, still must be ratified by both owners and players.
“We’re excited to bring NBA basketball back,” Stern said.
Reports have training camp opening on December 9th, and Free Agency getting started on the same day.
The current NBA game schedule will be re-worked, yet many believe the Lakers will still face the Chicago Bulls on Christmas/Opening Day.
