This is an interesting debate. A few years back, Ray Allen opened up his mouth and spoke about Kobe Bryant and his “feud” with Shaq. Allen had some harsh comments and over the years, the two have been known to “not” like eachother.
Here is what Ray had to say…
“He’s going to be very selfish,” Allen said of Bryant. “And he feels like he needs to show this league and the people in this country that he is better without Shaq. He can win championships without Shaq. So offensively, he’s going to jump out and say, ‘I can average 30 points. I can still carry the load on this team.’
Now, perhaps more than ever, Ray will regret his words.. or will he? Bottom line is, it’s ironic that Kobe’s first shot at a title will have to go through Allen and the Celtics! Here is a glimpse of what Kobe does – unlike Allen – Kobe does his talking on the court, not off.
