How many of you, potentially, wanted to see Boston in the finals?
I’ve talked to many people about this personally and I’ve been rooting for the Celtics. Is that me being selfish? Perhaps. Last year we were spoiled despite the hard loss for the Lakers fans’ side of things. I really wanted to see a rematch.
Now however, we will not see that… at least this year. For those that hated and discussed all the closeups on KG during their two series, TNT didn’t show any of Garnett except for late in the 4th when Paul Peirce left the game.
Here is a screen shot of the injured KG. No more trash talking, no more talking at all. As our own staff writer Jason Riley mentioned, “Weird. I didn’t know his mouth closed…” One way or another, love them or hate them, I feel pretty upset they lost… but won’t lose much sleep over it. At the end of the day, I want the NBA championship here in Los Angeles.
