Lakers Owner Jerry Buss has been hospitalized but it looks like everything is going to be OK.
The OC Register’s Kevin Ding had the latest:
Lakers owner Jerry Buss, 77, was hospitalized with blood clots in his legs but is expected to be released in the next day or two, according to Lakers spokesman John Black.
“He’s doing well,” Black said Wednesday evening.
Black said the condition occurred because of “excessive travel.” Buss has been going to New York recently for NBA lockout negotiations, but Black did not elaborate on where else Buss has traveled.
Buss purchased the Los Angeles Lakers back in 1979.
