Possible replacement for Jordan Farmar? Hmmm…

Yahoo! Sports: The Los Angeles Lakers are smitten with signing free-agent point guard Steve Blake, but sources believe Blake would have to take less money than the Los Angeles Clippers, Orlando Magic and New York Knicks could be willing to offer.

Blake finished the season with the Clippers, and sources say he’s intrigued with the idea of joining the defending champion Lakers. Still, Blake is a veteran guard whom several teams value, and he could walk away with a multiyear deal totaling around $20 million-$25 million.

Wouldnt mind having blake, but still think we can get better somehow

    • SHOWTIME4EVA

i think pursue rey felton.not settle for an older blake, get the younger good player.fish can’t last forever.felton would last longer than blake.and feltons defense is just what we need, with good fg pct.

Sort of on the order of Farmar? But more Jason Kidd like (no, not close .. but). Don’t know. He seemed to do well against the Lakers when he was on Portland.
    .
Well, perhaps the Bench needs a little shaking up, and this would definitely do it.

    J. Crit, and Josh Childress.
    .
And I would still go with Raja Bell. He has been injured, so he has more on the clock than his years reveal.

  • brian

we dont need another white guy to replace farmar. bring in critt for cheap so it solves our salary problem more and then resign fisher for the money he deserves
