Kobe in new NBA ad campaign: “Where Amazing Happens”

Nothing new but good to know his getting his face back to the ad biz.

SportsBusinessJournal.com: According to one executive familiar with the theme, the conceptual presentation included a series of slides, one featuring Kobe Bryant and LeBron James dunking with the tag line “Where space walking happens.” Another slide depicted the dramatic photo of Michael Jordan sobbing as he holds the NBA championship trophy with the tag line “Where grown men crying happens.”

Of course, Lebron has to be in EVERY commercial. It’s getting annoying now much attention he’s getting JUST because he wears the number 23.

Lebron “the little prince” James wouldn’t even be good enough to be KB ball boy.

But he’s be the perfect Gatorade dispenser, though!

Jordan earned these commercials and advertising BY WINNING CHAMPIONSHIPS. Kobe has earned them as well, even after he won rings, his game has gotten better.

As for LBJ, he did go to the finals but has not really won anything. LBJ wasn’t even voted on All NBA First Team last season. Kobe was … several times.

All Lebron has is rookie of the year and all star 06 mvp.
