Here is a Video..

LeBron James wants the NBA to take a closer look at what he calls his "crab dribble." The move, James insists, does not constitute traveling.

How can he argue? It's clearly 3 long strides on the replay (0:54-0:58), it's a travel. He gets away with it ALL the time, and he just finally got caught.

he should just move on

the NBA reviewing it will just end in them releasing a statement that it was 3 steps and he'll be even more embarassed

everyone whose seen it even the ESPN people say it was traveling so you know he traveled

What an idiot. The dude is just embarrassing himself, especially by saying he does it all time? In other words, he travels all the time. I respect the dude's game, but him trying to argue this is just plain stupid.

He does travel all the time. I saw the top 5 plays of the week on NBAtv last night. Lebron had a travel leading to an up and under layup that was right ahead of Pau's PG dribble and pass...

Difference is Wade won't talk about it...

bron bron really is just embarrassing himself. i don't know what part of picking up your dribble, and taking 3 steps he thinks doesn't constitute traveling. if he honestly believes he didn't travel, the coaching staff should probably review the rules with him. hell, maybe i'll give him the benefit of the doubt and assume he thought it was ok to take 3 steps, i guess that would explain why he does it "all the time"

Wade has really good foot work. He sometimes travels of course, but it's not as bad as Lebron.

He's just going to end up looking stupid. That was a traveling violation.

the league is going to do what they always do defend their refs

lebron is going to be persistent but if ESPN is willing to call out their golden boy than it was a travel plain and simple

by the way i love lebron but its undeniable hes their golden boy

I like it when Lebron tries so hard to make himself appear fundamentally sound. :D WTF is a crab dribble? This guy relies so much on his athletic ability. He has no foot work whatsoever. You want to learn foot work, Lebron? Watch Tim Duncan or Kobe on the post.

Crab Dribble...LMFAO

Giant Crab.....the refs find a weak point and delivered a MASSIVE DAMAGE!!!! by calling a travel.

I think the underlying problem is that the ref crews in the NBA are so different from night to night.

Some call travel, some call charging, some blocking, some goaltending, there's no consistency.

When legit calls do come down it gets players upset because the other night that same play may very well have gone off without a hitch.

Still, LeBron needs to take the loss like a pro and not whine about it. You'd think he'd be used to losing by now anyway.
