For what it's worth - heard he could be out a while depending on the Dr's visit.

So what's this 'internal reason' business that Phil is talking about? Just seems strange that Phil would say that if it was just an injury.

the "internal reason" was in reference to why ariza starting over vlad not why luke wasn't starting

maybe Vlad tried to score on Jeannie

Phil said Ariza didn't even want to start. He prefers coming off the bench. We need to re-sign this guy ASAP.

I actually hope he doesn't get traded. He's given us a boost on offense and played better defense than people give him credit for.

Luke's always been better than most fans give him credit for.

Very few fans are capable of looking beyond the box score or the highlight reel to evaluate a player's worth.

Hopefully Luke gets better quickly.

If Farmar and him are out, I get the feeling that MLE will be used in a couple weeks.

Exactly. Lamar has had a lot of great games this year and is playing consistently, yet the only time his name comes up is when he makes a mistake or has a bad game. They never acknowledge the versatility he provides us and the little things he does that no one else attempts to do besides Ariza.

As useful as Luke is out there, we also have to remember we started off without him and still played great. I do think Luke is expendable, and that isn't a jab at Luke, but a testament to how good this team is.

But Luke isn't going anywhere. Or at least that's not what was meant by Phil when he said "internal reasons". The misunderstanding was cleared up already.
