We hear the Heat and the Kings had conversations this season about Sacramento center Brad Miller, who is being paid $11.3 million this season and

$12.2 million next season. The Kings like Shawn Marion but would need to give the Heat another player for salary-cap reasons in such a scenario. But Miami prefers to wait closer to the Feb. 19 trade deadline before deciding what to do with Marion.
