by far one of the hardest schedules I've EVER seen for any team..

how do you think the lakers will respond?

I think if they can come out of here losing 1, maybe 2 games with kobe averaging 30, 7 and 6 the lakers will prove they are the team to beat and that kobe still has a solid case for MVP!

at least thats what I'm hoping :dance1:

Actually, it's a very favorable schedule and has been so all year. Why? 16 games (8 against playoff teams), but 11 at Staples Center. In the middle of the month we play Houston and San Antonio back-to-back on the road, then come home to play the Magic then the Cavs. That sounds tough, but just like the recent 4 game road trip, playing better teams will elevate the Lakers' level of play. 12-4. That will bring us to a cozy 37-9 at the end of the month. March is the toughest month on the schedule, but God willing, we will be healthy and hitting our stride. We'll cruise into the playoffs as the number 1 seed in the West and the best record in the NBA with an easy April.

The March Month is much harder than this one

Away games > Home games imo.

February - March stretch is the one that will be the hardest. And that's where Lakers will prove to themselves and everyone they are ready for June 18th.

True experience: When I'm on NBA Live 09 playing Dynasty, I'm into March, but the previous games with Lakers at away, shooting free throws with the controller vibrating is not a good sign to make them accurately. Hard ordeal to pass during that stretch of games. :lol:

It's to expand the title of the topic, give it more attention, and the discussion will be more about Kobe shining and rising to the top but it's not limited to just Kobe.
