Brandon Roy has a pulled hamstring. I don't think he's playing against the Lakers.

thanks for the info, Nissan. the Blazers are still a good team regardless, they beat the celtics without Roy.

The Blazers are good team and it's going to be a tough game even if Roy doesn't play.

We better win on Sunday.

This is a very young team. We needa jump out to a big lead early they wont know how to respond on the road.

Lakers don't have anything to worry about. Over-confidence will kill any team but after beating the Celts, they have all the momentum on their side.

Celts were on a slump...
Lakers are on a roll now. They've own the Blazers in the past, not being cocky either.

He is listed as questionable. So he could, but probably not.

'A' game from Lakers at the very least.

This is one game we definitely know we can win.

i dont know why everyone is acting like we must win this one, every team has teams that can beat them for us ... i feel like we should split the series with a few teams, such as the celts, cavs, magic, hawks, possibly spurs, suns, rockets, and hornets...we arent sweeping every team
Again - this team, as currently constructed won't make it out of the second round of the playoffs, let alone the West or win the Finals.---fido on 2011 Lakers

Lakers tend to play to the level of their competition. Jazz are a good team and they jumped on them early, but like all good teams the Jazz made a run in the second half. The Trailblazers are loaded with talent and the Lakers know they can't let them get any confidence. Looks like the Lakers are getting into a good rhythm. Should be a fun game to watch.
Can't wait to get a pair of these!

they got smashed on by 20 by the Hornets without Chandler for most of the game.
I just hope Bynum gives us a good show against Oden.

Watch, Roy is going to be healthy enough to play come gametime. It happens everytime we play the Blazers

We're still going to win though :)

Rudy Fernandez has started the last two games for Portland in place of Roy. Sure, he's no Brandon Roy, but he's no slouch by any means either. He had 19 points yesterday in a loss against New Orleans where Lamarcus Aldridge went 5-18 and Steve Blake 2-8 as that was what ultimately killed them.
