Earlier, I played 2K8 with the default rosters to see if I can unlock those VS achievements, Kwame Brown came in, and miss putbacks and layups....I quit the game thereafter.

I'm sorry but pau>>>>>>>>kwame defensively. At least pau has some IQ and it doesn't matter if he wasn't long, the fact is that he's long which helps him a lot and he's a better defender any day over cake man.

Kwame is a MUCH better defender than Pau. Kwame has absolutely shut down the elite bigs in the league on multiple occasion. I remember one game a couple years ago against Minnesota, he basically cancelled out KG. I'll try and find the specific stats but KG had something like 17pts, 14reb on HORRIBLE percentages and Kwame had like 11pts and 12 rebs.

I also will never forget this game, against Detroit. Brian Cook was starting, and Sheed had 14pts on 6-6 shooting with 3 rebounds in the first 5 or 6 minutes. Kwame came into the game and guarded Sheed the remainder of the game. Sheed went something like 1-12 and finished the game with 19pts and 6 rebounds.

Kwame may not possess any great basketball skills but he has the athleticism to move his feet, and the strength to not back down.

he's big and he can body up big players, his offense however is just hideous

He's proven that he's a solid defender. He can hold his own with some of the bigger centers in the league.
