Kobe played 9 seasons in 8, and will probably play like 4-5 in 24. So they'll retire both.

So Kobe only has 2-3 years left? :rock:

Damn. I meant 4 or 5 more years. :lol: So that will give him 6-7. Kobe's gonna finish on top though, not like Shaq.

I can't imagine him wearing 23. It doesn't look right but #8 and #24 fit pretty well on him. Also #10 and #27 did too for Team USA but whenever I picture him trying to wear a different number, it doesn't look good. Maybe it's because he's never worn it.

Not first to have 2 jerseys retired... but first to have 2 retired on the same team maybe?

#8 was the greatest, hardly anybody wore it. i loved it.

i'm used to #24 now too.=)

but i think #81 would intimidate anybody guarding him.
