I still don't think they make the Playoffs next year.

Its really hard to say. Its a brand new team (no pun intended).
I still don't think they make the Playoffs next year.
Yea i dont think theyll make it either, but if they dont theyll have another lottery pick to add to their core.

Baron Davis is a top 5 pointguard in my opinion, but his health has always been an issue over the course of his career.
Camby and Kaman together provide a strong defensive core, while Gordon and Thornton will both be very good players in the league in years to come. They've got some depth now and have completely changed the roster from scrubs to super-scrubs.
With Dallas, Phoenix, and Denver falling and with the likes of Portland rising, it'll be a battle for the last 3 playoff spots in the competitive Western Conference.

the sleeve is notorious for calling EVERY play, but with baron running the point, that may not be so necessary. davis is a HUGE upgrade from dan dickau and brevin knight, so it remains to be seen.
plus the camby heist is gonna be a HUGE addition for them.

They'll do well
They got decent scorers with plenty role players and young players, great front line in Thorton, Kaman, and Camby.
Who know's they could be a defensive force?

Im not sure they can compete this coming season. It's just they have an entirely new team that might not be ready to play together. Although they don't have any selfish guys, which will make it easier. It all depends on how well they gell.
I think theyl gel pretty good, marcus camby will be a good locker room presence

I think they're finally gonna be a good competitive team next season. I hope to see them in them in the Playoffs.

I don't think they're much of a "twin towers" because Camby is 6'11".

i think camby is really 7 ft, just another center in denial like KG and tim duncan, either way itll be a formidable front court

I think they'll still be competitive. I say 7th seed highest. Let's see how b-diddy can adjust to the tempo of the clippers.
i think they could have a fast tempo team there, all their guys are mobile, if gordon and thornton played at the same time they could get up the court.

Now, they are going to contend with Portland for that 8th seed. With the strength of their front-court, I think they have a decent chance if one of the power-houses slows down. When it is all said and done, I think the injuries take their toll and we see PORTLAND, Dallas, and Phoenix snatch up the 6-8 spots leaving the Clippers to count the bouncing balls once again.

The Clippers should make the playoffs if the team stays healthy.
They have to beat out Portland, Dallas, or Phoenix. Which team are they going to finish ahead of?

They added Bayless and Oden this year. All of their EXTREMELY young players are a year older, more mature, and have another off-season to improve themselves.
It's not unreasonable to assume that is enough to improve them the 10 games or so that is necessary for them to become a playoff team.
