I see faith in your eyes
never you hear the discouraging lies
broken is the promise, betrayal
the healing hand held back by deepened nail
follow the god that failed

Agree, even Philip Seymour Hoffman will probably get nominated for Doubt
so Clint might be left out.

Saw it.

Its alright, but can be pretty brutal at times (which is good to push conversation and buttons. I'm always for that)

There's no way he'll win the Oscar. He may be up for it, but no win.

Decent movie. Think Heartbreak Ridge character gotten older and even more disgruntled with life.

how dare you both say its just "alright" its clint.....he can be sitting down for 3 hours doing nothing and it would be the good, the bad, the ugly part 2.

shame on you both.

I know what you mean. i was once watching a Clint movie, and I guess the DVD froze during one of his scenes, but I didn't even realize it until an hour later. He is that good that even a freeze frame is epic.

I thought it was pretty good actually. One of his best movies from what I've seen from him. And that's not much. Pretty simple plot but hey, it's Clint Eastwood.

I expected an Unforgiven like shootout in the end, but I wasn't let down by the curve ball.

7.5/10

Too old, tries too hard, needs to retire already. Still a legend, but past his prime. Robert De Niro would've done better.
