I noticed the same thing.
He hasn't been playing well at all lately...it's weird.

His shot's been flat and i think he injured his knee because he is getting no lift.

I feel like the entire bench mob are trying to hard to live up to the reputation they've earned of being a quick, run-n-gun athletic squad. All they are trying to do out there is run and be flashy because thats what people have been saying they are. They need to realize they were getting out on the break as a result of GOOD defense, and also realize not every play has to be a dunk, alley-oop or flashy pass. It is starting with Jordan because he is one of the leaders and he is trying to score to much and just run. He needs to play within himself, and most importantly they all need to play defense.

Lamar is the leader, or at least should be.

When Kobe's game sucks the starters game suck. When the starters game suck the bench game sucks.

There were a few games at the beginning of the year that the bench was the one that played better than the starter. They had more energy and extended that lead. Just because Phil Jackson saids Odom should be the leader, doesn't mean he is. Lamar will never be a leader. Leadership is innate. Even though Fisher's skills are horrible, he's more of a leader than most of this team.

You don't need to be the best player to have a leadership role. I didn't say Lamar Odom was the leader because PJ said it.

His greatest attribute was his energy and he is the type of player that feeds off that energy. Right now he is either not focused at all or he is rebelling against PJ for the comments about the second units lack of discipline.

He looks horrible though. This is probably the worst I have ever seen him look in the last 2+ years.

Another thing about Farmar.....does he have any moves to break down his man or does he just depend on his speed. I haven't seen the guy do any cross overs and when he does it looks like he is going to fall on his face. A guy with his speed should be trying to get into the paint and create havoc not passing it around the peremeter.

Pj has had words with Farmar and Sasha...if u notice, Farmar gets in disagreements with LO and the bench...i think he's having some comfidence and maybe even chemistry issues...

He's not doing the basics

- He's not running the offense
- He's not using his speed to get into the lane
- He's not playing defense

he's trying to rush things and force the tempo instead of using our advantages (Bynum with him in the second unit). He needs to settle down, do the little things and everything else will go right for him

Believe it or not Ariza is in a "slump' right now but he does sooo many other little things its ok if he has a bad shooting game

Seriously. What is wrong with Farmar? He's supposedly one of the most confident Lakers but he looks so shaky out there.
I am seriously worried about him because we need someone to take over Fisher's spot this year and I would think Farmar would be pushing for the starting job this year.

he's not starting as long as fish is on the team

fish has one more year on his contract

His lack of lateral speed is a problem, especially on the defensive end.
