Hmm Fisher...didn't he already leave once for more money? I don't remember what, if anything, we offered him, but we couldn't match what GSW was offering.

Fisher.

He left because the Lakers didn't want him anymore. I don't see Fisher leaving the Lakers... I hope he can finish his career with the purple and gold.

Yeah, Fish did leave to GS for a hefty contract. I don't think any of those guys are true Lakers yet. Not to the point where they'd say they want to stay with the Lakers for life and actually mean it regardless of money or whatever else.

I would have to say Fish. Yes all can be made of him already leaving for more money. But I'm 99% sure that was because the Lakers had Payton and Fish just wanted to start somewhere. He's also said he just wanted to take another "step" in his life. Plus the Lakers wouldn't even offer him a decent contract.

Personally, the most dedicated Laker is the one who works the hardest (practices the most to be the best player he can be and plays his hardest every game). This is a business, and when you get offered more money, you have to take it. I'm not mad at Ronny for leaving. It's a business, it's about money. You can't expect someone to stay with a team when they get offered more money somewhere else. And honestly if they do, they're stupid.

If you're talking money wise, I would say none of them.

How in the world is Fisher in the poll when he already did leave the Lakers for more money? lol

Yeah ok he won't leave now, but he already did. That disqualifies him automatically.

I think Lamar would stay. He loves being the 4th option and if he were to be signed somewhere else, he would have to be the 2nd option at least. Plus he has great chemistry with the team and wants to retire a Laker.

Realistically? None of them. Money means security if you are level headed. It all stops there.

TLN front page mentioned Kobe could play in Russia, or even Duke University, for 40M/year....../faint

Exactly. It's a business, no one in their right mind should stay if they get offered more money. Obviously if it's a very small % of the contract and you like where you are, or if you are getting to the end of your career and you want a ring, then it's different.

It mentioned Russia. Duke was just Mike Krzyzewski saying he would like Kobe to play for him.

Any of them with common sense would leave if the money was right.

This is a business. Nobody with the last name "Buss" plays for the Lakers so there is no reason for them to do the Lakers any favors.

Beginning of the year I would have said Ronny, but we all saw how that turned out.
