I just read on fannation.com that Brian Fuentes, again, said he would prefer to play for the Angels.

Boston gave the same offer and supposedly he prefers the east coast. We are just going to have to hope he takes our deal.

I don't think Scioscia does either. Kendry Morales would probably get the first shot at 1st.
And all I've been reading lately about the Angels lately is about their offer to Tiexiera, Fuentes wanting to play in Anaheim, and their interest in Peavy. I do think I read something somewhere that the Angels might look at Abreu if Tex does go to Boston.

It's been said that his wife hated her stay in Anaheim. Now how can anyone hate Anaheim but like Boston? it's peaceful there, the fans don't bother the players unlike Boston were they are obsessed with them. Mo Vaughn left Boston because the damn owners hired a private detective to follow him around. Tell me how Mrs Teixiera would like that happen to her husband?
