Talk all you want about how you're ready for the Celtics and the big Christmas day game.

Sasha can avoid wearing all the green he wants to.

The truth of the matter is if the Lakers don't clean up their defense, that Christmas day game won't be anything but a painful reminder of how far we are from winning a ring.

Come on, Francisco Garcia? And you think we're ready to see Precious Paul and them <_<

Lakers better clean up their D right now.

Until they do that, I'm not that excited about the Dec. 25th battle with the Champs...

Lakers will win. They play better against better teams.

They do, but that game was building up to be a classic regualr season match between heavy weights. Lakers keep dropping these nothing games and it takes the glitz away from good victories.

I would love to beat the Celtics, but I would trade a Celtic loss for a wins against Indiana/Sacramento.

Can they lose by less than 39 points? Halfway done with episode #18 it's loaded on the iPod.
looking for area to discuss

i'm worried. its hard to be too critical with a Lakers team that has lost only 3 games but those were BAD losses. and it looks like they're losing their discipline and focus. under no circumstances do you let guards dribble around you and go to the basket unchallenged. that may be okay in Oklahoma but not for the Lakers. they have to stop picking and choosing when they're going to d-up.

Forget this X-Mas game, I'll be more worried about the playoffs if we continue to lose to teams like the Queens.

I'm Still suprised how they got blown out.

Lakers started trapping around 1 minute left. They had to trap at the start.

Kevin Martin didn't even play and they looked like an offensive juggernaut on us.

when our offense is off, our defense is off
Again - this team, as currently constructed won't make it out of the second round of the playoffs, let alone the West or win the Finals.---fido on 2011 Lakers

Hyped up?
Yes, am I holding my breath for a victory... not so much

Last night's game was lost due to poor execution, mediocre effort, and poor intensity on defensive end.

Luckily all the above can be rectified.

It's meaningless anyways, its not like in June while LA is fighting for a ring ill say "Ya well... remember that one day when SAC beat LA..

^ boston will not be playing a s well as they are by then, we will be playing better than we are now... I think the game will be an instant classic, and will prove to be vital to the Power rankings that week
