I dont understand how people can post threads like these while their own team is becoming the definition of overrated and overhyped.

that is the funny part about it

here we are consensus to win the title yet we went 3-2 against 5 below .500 teams

and the cavs have been taking care of business after starting 1-2

yet they are overrated

laker fans need to get a clue

the last two are debateable but the rest is 100% correct

i mean we have no role players except for luke walton and trevor ariza have you noticed that

everyone is a number 1 option, everyone does whatever they want on offense and defense

In winning their ninth straight by at least 12 points, the Cavaliers, now 17-1 since Nov. 3, are the first team in league history to win nine consecutive games in a single season so handily. Cleveland came in tied with Portland (1990-91), Chicago (1996-97), Detroit (2003-04) and Houston (2007-08).

The Cavaliers have a really good shot at the championship this season, their D is arguably the best in the NBA right now and they´ve got the most dominant player in the game, I think Boston will be killed by these guys in ECF. We´ll face either Cavs or Celtics in the Finals, if we make it.

Arguably the greatest franchise ever

I made this before yesterdays loss. Before your world ended apparently.

why? O they beat the raptors.. oh noes!

anyway im keeping my word. Why people are bringing up the Lakers um? Did i ever mention the Lakers in my first post? To me the best team in the league is the Celtics. it's wrong to assume that im saying the Cavs suck just because you think that I am just some blind laker fan homer. lastly the same people saying Lakers are becoming the overrated team are probably the same people who thought the Lakers would win 73. They go up an down emotionally.

Cavs against "elite". 2-2
I'll leave it at that. I'm done talking Cavs. Later on down the line we'll see about this thread. judging by some of you guys, how legit cavs are, maybe you'd want this to be right.

After our uninspired play, poor shooting and atrocious defense last night, this thread is even more ludicrous.

Ummmmmmm where in any part of my posts do I even infer my world is ending?

All im pointing out is how can someone make their this thread calling other teams overrated when their own team isnt doing so hot?

I mean this is exactly what happens when other teams fans come on to the board and talk smack to the Lakers, and our fans reply "well what has your team done this season"?

If we were to go to a cavs board and call them overrated, they can simply look at us and say the exactly same thing.

And they would be right, whereas we would be wrong.

no, its a bad time because OUR OWN TEAM isnt doing so great with 2 losses and very bad defense over the last 6 games ...... youre the one saying "they are overrated" ... "they are sooo hyped", and that "you see nothing that justifies them" as being a contender ... their losses only come from very good teams, detroit, new orleans, and boston (who have we lost to again?), and they have a 12-0 home record which is the best in the NBA, they have 3 starters that average 4.5+ assists each, and they are one of the best 3 point shooting teams in the nba, .... oh by the way, did we already tell you that they play lights out defense? .... and why are you done talking cavs? youre the one who made this thread, youre "2-2 record" against elite teams means nothing when we lost to teams that WILL NOT make the playoffs, that actually makes them look BETTER and us a lot WORSE

Exactly. Does that make us overrated?

I do not agree at all. They are blowing out teams that they should be blowing out. Nothing overrated about that. They are taking care of their business.
