whats the fg %?
Again - this team, as currently constructed won't make it out of the second round of the playoffs, let alone the West or win the Finals.---fido on 2011 Lakers

I agree with Lakerfool and Hype, it's our pg's. Fisher and Farmar are getting easily burned off the dribble causing our bigs to rotate leaving the opponents bigs open under the basket to either get a dunk off the pass or an easy offensive rebound.

no its our cockiness, w play excellent streches, but we think the game is in the refrigerator way too early.(rip chick).
Especiaaly the second unit, but anyway we are still good defensively, and wait until a big game arrives, and see the Laker response before you judge.

Ah good question, why didn't I think of doing that? Cuz it's more work lol. Doing it now.whats the fg %?
First 7 games: giving up 86.7ppg.
Winning by 18ppg.
Opp FG%: 40.17%
Detroit game and on (last 11): Giving up 102.5ppg.
Winning by 8.45ppg.
Opp FG%: 45.16%
We're currently 12th in Opp ppg with 96.4 given up. 86.7 for a season would be 1st (3.0ppg better than Boston gives up now). 102.5 would be 25th.
We're 2nd in pt diff with +12.2. Cleveland is 1st with +13.3. +18 would be sick. +8.5 would be 3rd behind Cavs and Boston.
We're 4th in opp fg% now with 43.29%. 40.17% would be 1st (Boston is 41.08%). 45.16% would make us 13th.
Yea, we fell off on defense. We lead the league in ppg now (108.6ppg, 2.3ppg over GS) , but have been average defensively.

we have to learn how to control tempo, meaning more touches for the bigs, i think fisheer and farmar have toi take the bulk of that blame, they are shoot first point guards, they have to feed the Bigs a little more...
BUT it all coms back to cockiness, we think we can beat anyone, and we give that vibe off to other teams, who are already trying to beat us off the strength of who we are, who we have, and what we did.
LAKERS STOP FEELIN YOURSELFS...HANDLE B.I.
OTHER THAN THAT I AM PROUD

Shooting percentages are typically low at the beginning of the season. I doubt whether you would find too many teams whose FG% against went down during the season.
