James Worthy said tonight that Ariza should get most-improved, and I agree.
Id also say Lemarcus Aldridge had improved alot as well, but Ariza takes it.
Ariza could get 6th man of the year as well, sorry Lamar. However, Ganobli will always be in that discussion.
WHO DO YOU THINK SHOULD WIN BOTH OF THESE?

his numbers have gone down across the board from last year
2007/2008: 17.9 points, 7.6 rebounds on 47% shooting and 76% from FT line
2008/2009: 15.9 points, 6.7 rebounds on 46% shooting and 67% from FT line
Most improved...the leader so far IMO is Chris Bosh.
6th man...Ariza

But for 6th man of the year?
Manu Ginobili, Rudy Fernandez, and Trevor Ariza should be in there.
I still think it's stupid Manu doesn't even start, he should, but Pop will keep doing his thing, guess it's been working. He always closes out games with the first squad against the opposing team's first squad anyway just like Rudy.. same story I guess and similar players..
Rudy's averaging 12 points per game on an average of 26 minutes per game, 2nd in the league in most 3pointers made at 44-102, 43%, 3rd in the league in Free Throw Percentage at 95%, needs to improve his overall percentage from the field, but that's mainly due to a few stinkers here & there.. the inconsistencies of a rookie season.
Ariza has just been absolutely tremendous obviously. Here's his player profile:

Me personally, I'd give it to Ginobili of course as always by default because he is the best of those three, BUT.. since typcially he should start, I'll give it to someone new and more deserving and that'd be either Ariza or Rudy, but probably Ariza since he does a little more overall to impact the game and he's a Laker, haha.

14 ppg, 8.5 repg, 1 blk, 1 stl, 55% FG
Just saying for now. His numbers will go down once Boozer starts again, but the guy is playing excellent basketball right now.
