The Lakers in general are taking bad shots to close games. Kobe, Gasol, and whoever else are just taking bad outside shots. They need to push it into Gasol or Bynum and let them post. I also notice that we try WAY too much to try to win the game by holding on to the lead (and ball) and burning time, rather than try to generate any offense.

It is frustrating to give up leads. But Phil knows he has some key players that he would like to rest when he can. The second unit needs to learn to close out games. He could leave the starters in for 3+ quarters, but the second unit has shown that it can extend leads, now they to to hold them. Just have to keep improving. 16-2 and back home.

Man I was going pretty crazy when Kobe hit that bank shot. I was pissed that he almost turned it over but then was filled with happiness.

No more Day off they are practicing . Well needed .
