uh i duno about ANY bar allowing anyone under the age of 21... its California law.. not los angeles law.. and if those places ARE allowing 18 yr olds in.. they can get their liquor license taken away and have the place shut down.. clubs are diff because the 18+ clubs in hollywood DO serve alcohol but the 21+ ppl either dont pay a cover or pay less than 18 yr olds and get either wrist bands or permanent X's on their hands so they can show the bartender.
