The rain was comforting today.

Xbox 360 the Fourth's funeral was held yesterday, November 20th in our home.

It was a lovely funeral.




Master Chief did the Eulogy. He did a great job.




Many systems showed up for the funeral. Some couldn't make it, but sent there condolences.




Some took the passing harder than others. Echochrome was having a hard time keeping his composure.




When the service was over, everyone lined up to give their final goodbyes. Master Chief was their to give support.




Even though the system wars rage on, when a system passes, for a moment the wars stop, and soldiers give peace to even their most sworn enemies. It's all about respect.

Spend the extra money, save the heartbreak and get an Elite.

2 years, zero problems, quiet as a mouse, no freezes, no dumps, runs like a champ.

With electronics you get what you pay for. If you wait that one or 2 extra months the extra 100 bucks is well worth it.

getting the elite doesnt matter all 360s are built like crap
my elite died on me last month

though from what ive heard jasper 360s are out which are supposed to make 360s more reliable

Everyone I know and have read about with an Elite have had zero problems.

If you want Playstation 3 then go for it. All the time everyone spends crying about how crappy the 360 is, they keep going out and getting another. Something must be done right.

If you believe they're built like crap - then move on.

Call them - they fix them.

I've had 3 friends with one break and it was fixed within 2 weeks - free of charge. I agree it sucks they shipped early without proper Qc, but they are fixing them. Its not like they hang up on you and brush you off.

Its electronics they break. I've gone through 5 iPods all breaking on their own behalf from simply turning them on. Apple did nothing to replace those either.

anyone ever hear of a super nintendo breaking down? my mom still uses my old 1st generation nintendo gameboy...sega genesis still works, as does my original NES (with a little cartidge blowing)

my housemate has an elite...his just broke down, and my other housemate has regular 360, and the tray doesn't open half the time

this stuff is too expensive nowadays to be this unreliable

Yeah fido, Elite ain't totally immune to RROD. That was a fact that I first read on the elite.

I too own the pro but not get RROD at all before.

It was rumoured that the falcon sets are...but I'd just assume all to be RROD-prone. It's a mindset that all 360 owners and would-be owners should have.
