ive been too cheap to buy any of them yet but theres some decent titles such as(ok i havent played the first game but that screenshot is epic)

also for those who dont kno community games are indie games that arent certified or rated by MS
so basically it allows for anyone to develop because of the cheap cost to develop and the dev tools being easy to use
