Damn, no Razor Ramon or Scott Hall for any of you guys? He was easily one of the most entertaining & skilled wrestlers both on the mic & personality-wise and physically and in the ring.

yo.

Once Cody gets back I feel that he'll get a big push as a baby face. Now that he's "fired" the crowd will get behind him in a major way when he gets back

Raw was ok. Ending was horrible. Can't stand Big Show crying. I know he's a big dude with a big heart but that segment involving Show was horrible. Don't cry about it. Be pissed off for the Corporation giving you orders. Not cry.

My favourite WWE wrestlers top 10 is:

Bret Hart
The Rock
Edge
Steve Austin
Hulk Hogan
The Ultimate Warrior
Brock Lesnar
Batista
Christian
Eddie Guerrero

Will do another post explaining my reasons for picking these guys.

Bret will always be my most favourite wrestler ever. His in ring technical ability was up there with the best of all time. The way he could tell a story with his in ring work was second to none. Was never great on the stick, but became a decent promo guy towards the end of his WWE run especially in the Hart family/USA vs Canada angle. His character was really cool and the "Hitman" moniker fit perfect. He was always on point, precise and methodical in the ring, always able to deliver a great match with anyone . I also loved his sunglasses gimmick and even had a pair of them lol. Coming from a prestigious wrestling family was always a major advantage for him, but he still put the hard yards in to succeed.

My second favourite wrestler is The Rock. This guys charisma was off the charts and I personally think he was and is the best on the mic all time. He had the looks and physique, but his ability to captivate you with his promos was out of this world. He had that rare ability to talk people into the building. He was never a great in ring technician, but was still great worker. The Great One is that cool cocky guy that most want to be. Like a lot of the other greats, he got over by just being and exaggerated version of himself and his personality.

Edge is my 3rd favourite. While I had always liked Edge since he arrived in WWE, I really became a die hard fan when he beat Cena at NYR for his 1st WWE title cashing in the original MITB. That will always be a mark out moment. I also will never forgot that famous mid air spear on Hardy. Edge was a great in ring performer and a great promo guy as well. As a heel he was awesome. Vince really built up trust in Edge, as he put the strap on him many times when injuries or unforeseen events occurred forcing a title change. Was gutted when he retired, however glad they diagnosed him before anything fatal happened.

So that was my top 3.

Stone Cold, I loved because again his character was basically him being himself. He was a ass kicking Texas redneck with the FTW mentality. Him along with the Rock and DX were the embodiment of the Attitude era. Austin wasnt a great technical wrestler but like Rock was great worker. He was also one of the best ever on the mic.

Hogan and Warrior will always be favourites of mine because they were what really got me into wrestling. As a little kid you couldnt help but be in awe of these physical freaks. Hogan was a larger than life character who got over with his physique, strength and great mic skill. Warrior also got over mainly through his bodybuilder physique, strength and his insane promos which fit his character to a tee. Their WM6 match will always be one of my favourites.

Brock Lesnar and Batista make my list for similar reasons as Hulk and Warrior. Just genetic freaks who were strong. Lesnar like Angle also had that legit amateur wrestling background as well.

Christian and Eddie round my top 10 out. I really took to Christian during his captain charisma days. This was when WWE should of pushed him up to main eventer. He was so over back then. A solid performer and good on the mic. Eddie just had that cheeky charm. Those lie cheat steal days were classic. Even the Latino heat days lol. Eddie was great in ring worker and grew up eating and breathing the profession. R.I.P

Yeah I felt pretty similar. Didnt mind the ending but Show did oversell the crying a bit lol. Thought the Orton vs Rhodes stole the show. Great match and Cody really told a story in the ring and especially with that backstage promo.

Apparently he is having a month or so off to get married and go on honeymoon. Will be interesting to see what they do with him when he returns. Does he help Bryan fight the evil empire? How do they write him back in? Does he return after Sandow becomes champ? Hope he gets a good push when he comes back.
