The Pistons have agreed to terms on a one-year deal with backup Walter Herrmann.

The 6-foot-9 small forward was an unrestricted free agent and salary information was not disclosed.

The Pistons acquired Herrmann last season from the Charlotte Bobcats as part of the trade that shipped out center Nazr Mohammed.

Herrmann, a 29-year-old Argentine, appeared in only 28 games for the Pistons, but the team likes his size, toughness and three-point ability. He averaged 7.1 minutes and 3.0 points per game for Detroit..

One, Argentina is in South America. Second, Herrmann is a good player when he has the minutes. He proved it with the Bobcats his rookie season. Too bad he is wasting his talent on the bench. He is kinda old too.
I need to finish my summer homework. DAMMMMMNNNN

Good for Hermann, guy deserves it after what he went through...

He lost his mother, younger sister and his fiancée in a car accident in July 2003. Exactly one year later, his father died of a heart attack

I don't know if your location is your homeland, but if it is it's a bit wierd for you to say that.

Hermann was one of the best in europe, sadly he has spent a lot of time in the bench. His family dying was a huge hit, as it's been said before, I a sure he can still do well.
