When it comes out, will it be available at 9 Tuesday night for Pacific coasters? Cause it says on Wednesday, and I am wondering if that it 12 o'clock sharp?

No, it would be released at the same time. Like we get Lakers games at 7:30 local while the East gets em at 10:30 local, but it's at the same time...

Once it's rolled out, all in the world on Live will get the update. There's no early or not.

For those that previously successfully entered into NXE Preview, ALL REMAINING will get the NXE update today. In fact I think it's rolling out now. Hope this is news to those that entered but were not picked in the first 2 or 3 waves.

they say exclusive, but its never really exclusive. its always 1 year contracts. just like how MS got rock band 2 early.

its the same reason. ps3 will get netflix streams, and if its not in a timely manner then sony will just team up with blockbuster to stream.

the exclusive contracts i kno of are games on xbla where other than capcom any dev on xbla has to sign a *insert length of contract* exclusivity deal

like N+ being xbla exclusive for like 2 years

anyway wtf are u talking about eventually theyre gonna go to blockbuster streaming and its comin to ps3 in a year!?

its going to happen, people will demand it, sony aways follows what others do. they proved it by taking away sony movies from netflix. also motion controls from nintendo.

how will they get people to see their movies? simple, put it on their machine. But why use psn store? get with blockbusters service that offers streaming also and call it a day.

its coming, might be a year, but soon the rumors will spread and gain some ground.
