Is there a way to set up your settings so you can have your posts already set with the font you want or color or even a little message with your posts (some people like to sign their name)?

That little message with your posts is a Signature. People should be using that to kinda 'sign off', but manually typing it everytime works too.

As for pre-set font or color for posts.....doubt it with IP.B, or as a matter of fact any other board? I am not a fan of these fancy fonts/colors though....so lack of experience there.

Yeh I know it's the signature but there's always people that do the little signature thing in their post like this:

It's cool if it doesn't work with the board. I was just curious to see if there was an option like that available.

Not that I know of, and I don't think it's an option on phpBB or vBulletin, either.

But if there's a modification for it, I'll let you guys know, and we can discuss this further. One of my admins on my site used to always post in red, and he wanted to know this, also...but that was two years ago, and we never found anything that could help us.

Cool to know, actually, not many ppl 'sign off' their posts....but there's indeed a small % out there that obviously does it routinely.

He wanted it so he can have let's say all his posts in red, as it being the default font color for himself.
