The Pistons were crazy tonight. Their shots were falling like crazy & AI broke our defense. We didnt play good D throughout the game and werent able to catch up after that. & the momentum was def only on the Pistons side. It happens though. They just played a much better game than we did. Kobe tried to bring us back up again, but it just wasnt our night. I didnt see any rebounding on our end too much too. & our bench didnt do a great job either. I wouldnt blame a single player. our whole team didnt do well.

i would've been alright with the loss but Kwame posting better stats than Bynum is the thing that pissing me off and it looks like Gasol played like Gasoft tonight against Sheed

In hindsight 9 of Kwame's 10 rebs were defensive when we shot a turrible 42% and for his points he was getting easy buckets from his teammates breaking down our defense.

For a consolation, I just prefer how the team play till the end, I keep rooting for them to lose this game by below 10. A nice lil spurt that just came too late, but for the consolation of the entire game, I'd just take it.

In no way was Kobe being too selfish. When your down in a game and no one is open and your the best player on the court, you can do whatever you want. I like the "Down in the 4th quarter" Kobe.

It sucks we lost but i'd take 7-1 any day. Like Iverson said after the game, we were gonna lose at some point. It was nice to think we could go 83-0 but that will never happen. Ever. I think this loss will help us. Now we know what we need to work on.

I believe we always know what we need to work on. They are committed, but some times, 'IT' just isn't there for us...we are fortunate to even be losing with this 'slim' margin...

As much as the Kobe denials talk goes....at times, we need his heroics, at times he's doing so much...we just have to have allowance for such things....I'd just let it go and move on.

Agreed. Sure it's a loss, but no team is ever perfect, even if they win more than they lose.

7-1 Hopefully they'll find those weaknesses of theirs by Tuesday and definitely improve. Bulls!

wow, some of you guys are ridicolous, we lost, the TEAm is to blame, not one individual. I dont think anyine expected AI to play so well. plus, we have never seen the pistons constructed in this fashion. expect a few bad shooting nights from Kobe especially early in the season. Also expect more penetraion from the likes of A.I., stuckey, rose, cp3, and all the guards who penetrate on EVERYONE they face. Anyway the lakers played with effort but they were lacking energy and our HOME COURT sucked seriously

Man, and I called it too. I had a feeling that Kwame was going to get his revenge on us and he did. Tough loss for the Lakers, but I'm not worried. Go Lakers. Also the Lakers have to do a better job in guarding those shooters in the perimeter.
