I'm not a Wayne fan but Pac would have done a track with him. Pac would do music with anyone who was serious about their art.
Regardless of what anyone else thinks of Waynes ability he's obviously serious about it.
Pac knew his influence was universal and if Wayne or anybody had approached him in a serious professional manner to work with him on some music Pac's decision would be based more on character than musical style.
If they were able to kick it and smoke out and feel confortable than it would have been all good.

And if Suge would have told Pac to do a song with Wayne then Pac would have obliged based on trust and respect of Suges judgement and position.

Pac would have definetly worked with Wayne unless Wayne was friends (not just a featured artist but actual crew) with Badboy.

the thing is, I doubt Lil Wayne n a lot of other rappers even make it if Pac was still around. Esp the Ja Rules, DMX's, etc

no he wasnt man. Watch at about 2:45

Pac just understood the purpose of gangs and what they were for.

What about the Bloods & Crips meeting in 93 or 94? Where Pac and people from the neighborhood were financing that event. Bloods and Crips got together, shook hands, exchanged their bandana's and stuff like that. (can't find a vid on youtube, but it was on Tupac: Resurrection).

Thats another animal of a discussion. Its true if Pac was still alive he would have some type of long term effect on which rap stars make it or not. But the probability is Pac would have stopped rapping. He was moving into acting and wanted his own label. He would have done stuff here and there, guest appearance type stuff. But Pac in time was on his way to becoming a Will Smith type caliber movie star. A pop star with street cred. The world has never seen that from a rapper before so its hard to tell what exactly Pac would have been into. He would have been the modern day Elvis in comparrision.
Age is a big determining factor. I know Snoop and Dre and all them still rap even though their around 50 but imo Pac wouldnt be. Not full time anyway. Youth wants to listen to youth. Weezy, chingy, DMX, etc and all those cats that have came up since 96 probably would have still taken their coarse and did their thing if they were legitimatley putting out music. It may have been somehow different, but success is success. Basically if Pac was still alive he may not have prevented other rappers from succeeding he may have inspired more to come up than what we have today.

All thats subject to interpretation. Pac was involved and wanted to stop gang violence. But then he would beat the hell out of another gang member in a casino lounge....lol
By advocating gang peace he enabled himself to sell more records. A rapper who had street cred in LA that was NOT FROM LA impacted the hood gang affiliated market and rose to the top of it. Thats not supposed to happen really. But it did because of Pacs involvement. He made the world believe he was saturated in the bloods and crips his whole life. But it wasnt untill he signed with Death Row that the gangster Pac was released. Till then it was just Thug Life. Thats a vague misinterpretation of the same thing. Pac knew what he was doing.

Let me say for the record, I am not a gangster and never have been. Im not the thief who grabs your purse. Im not the guy who jacks your car. Im not down with the people who steal and hurt others. Im just a brother who fights back.

lol. of coarse he was gonna say that. He was out on bail and had to meet with a probabtion officer once per week to determine if he should go back to prison. Pac was trying to mend his image. What about this interview....

or this one...This is a prime example that Pac said what he needed to say depending on who was there to listen. Exactly why he has songs that contradict themselves like "I get Around" and "Keep Ya head up". And when you watch this next video remember at the time he says what he says here his two best friends on earth are Tony Danza and Woody Harrelson......its just not talked about in the media. Actually 2pac became very close with Tony Danza after his prison release in 96 and its a pretty well known fact that Tony D was supposed to be the Godfather to Pacs 1st born child he had with Kidada Jones the daughter of Quincy Jones. But Tony never became Godfather because Pac died of course. (side note: Pac knew wtf he was doing picking a Italiano to be The GodFather...lol) And Pac was gonna marry Kidada on the childs 1 year birthday in 1997. These are not fairy tales its fact from people that actually knew them.

Pac lived a crazy life. People expected way to much from him. And he did what he could do to make everyone happy. Serious imo the reason Pac is dead is because he was addicted to saying yes. He didnt know how to turn people away and say no. He should have just told many in his life to F off and he would probably be alive still.

^ i think he meant in that quote i posted that he wasnt a gangster (in a gang) but when he says hes a brother that "fights back" well that is open for interpretation..what does "fight back" meant?
