Mine is Billy Madison, just because I can say every line in that movie.
but Punch Drunk Love, is a close second.

The joy of life comes from our encounters with new experiences,
and hence there is no greater joy than to have an endlessly changing horizon,
for each day to have a new and different sun."

The Wedding Singer
Big Daddy
50 First Dates
yea, I loved 50 first Dates. Pretty much anything with Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore will be good.

It would be easier to list the ones that to me, are his worst. Little Nicky and Punch Drunk Love weren't very good imo. Then again Little Nicky has it's moments and I haven't seen Punch Drunk Love since it came out. The others are all gold.
I thought Adam Sandler was fantastic in Punch Drunk Love, definitely up there in my favorites.

Longest Yard
Big Daddy was ok. I didn't think it was that good a movie... but still a bit decent.
