Thank you for the help with the 3 Championship runs.  Caught him right at the peak of his prime as well as the decline.  Hope he does well in Chicago.   The irony is he's likely coming off the bench unless they decide not to start Gibson...again.

Best of luck Pau.

Really gonna miss Pau.

He's up there in terms of Laker greats.

One of the better post players of all time.

Classy guy too. Withstood the rumors pretty well.

Gonna miss you Pau. You'll always be remembered as a Laker. The same way Shaq is.

if he plays defense like he did here Thibs will be bringing him off the bench and letting Gibson start.  Maybe he'll win 6th man of the year then.

Was hoping he'd tear it up in SAS, but he'll do well in Chicago.

Pau helped us get two rings, we all appreciate that, even Windu.

Well deserved appreciation for our three title runs from '08-'10. Thank you Pau!

By signing for 6 million in Chicago instead of a potential 10-12 million in Los Angeles and a potential 10 million in Chicago if they'd given up their pick.

Yes...definitely :)  He's on a solid team but Chicago's unwillingness to part with their pick screwed him out of 5-4 million.

After this season I wouldn't be shocked if he goes back to Memphis once Randolph's contract is gone.    That is unless Chicago has him on a multi year.

Happy for him and us. It was time to part ways a while ago.

Hope he succeeds in Chicago and appreciate all he did for us. 2 Championships is 2 championships no matter how you try to spin it.

Yes...definitely :)

He'll be laughing when he's in the playoffs and the Lakers are sitting with one of the worst records in the league.

Clearly this wasn't just about money.
