^ Though it would be more than unusual for miami to unload bosh if miami wins.

If they lose i could see Riles making a run at younger guys and reloading

Praying for 1. Kobe's Health, 2. High Draft Pick (Randle!) 3. Miracle Trade (Not yet), 4. Quality Free Agent (Boozer, kind of), 5. Brilliant Coaching Hire (Byron!...but the jury is out)

Keep hearing the Cavs are going to pursue Chandler Parsons. Rockets have declined his option making him a RFA.

Rockets FA @ChandlerParsons expected to get interest from 3 notable teams & next stop could be linked to Love & Melo. http://yhoo.it/1wYluwJ

Chandler Parsons' suitors could include T'wolves, Lakers, Bulls, Mavs, along with Rockets

The Los Angeles LakersChicago Bulls and Dallas Mavericks have primary interest in signing Anthony as a free agent, but also could chase Parsons if they don't, a source said

If not Melo, Parsons anyone?

Did Houston clear cap space by not picking up his team option?

Does that mean that they could give that money to LeBron/Melo, and then match an offer and keep Parsons, even though they'll be over the cap?

They cleared up around 950k so not even close. Now if they want him, they will need to pay big bucks.

Houston will not match the $46M Dallas offer sheet for Chandler Parsons, league source tells Yahoo Sports.

Houston decided that the contract was too constraining to future roster building to keep Chandler Parsons. He goes to Mavs now.

Whoa.

So their lineup is gonna be

Devin Harris

Monta Ellis

Chandler Parsons

Dirk Nowitski

Tyson Chandler

That's like their championship squad if Harris plays like his old self.  They get their 6th man scorer and they're golden.

Sources say Mavs & Rockets talking potential sign-&-trade that would create trade exception for Houston. But Dallas gets Parsons either way

Structure of Chandler Parsons' offer sheet requested by agent Dan Fegan made matching deal too costly for Rockets once they missed on Bosh

If they can stay healthy and Chandler can regain his 2011 form then they're going to be a really good team.

Rockets BELIEVE they can still execute sign-&-trade with Dallas on Parsons if both sides mutually agree. Seeking league approval as we speak

Rockets and Mavericks have expressed willingness to try to hammer out a sign-and-trade IF league will allow them to do so. Might not happen

Should've picked up his option and payed him 900k this year. Better than paying Ariza 8.

Sign-and-trade talks between Houston and Dallas have ended, sources say. So Rockets won't be salvaging trade exception from Parsons' exit

Rockets believed they could create trade exception if Mavs & Parsons agreed to re-do their deal as a sign-and-trade. However ... (1 of 2)

Mavs understandably cool on the idea of helping a Texas neighbor escape with a valuable asset. So original offer sheet to Parsons stands

Good.
