Wow. Serge Ibaka will miss the remainder of the 2014 postseason with a left calf injury. #NBAPlayoffs

Thunder say forward Serge Ibaka is expected to miss the remainder of the 2014 postseason with a left calf injury.

Crippling blow for OKC, which loses a star player in the postseason for the second straight year.

Thunder GM Sam Presti said Serge Ibaka has a Grade 2 right calf strain that has a lengthy recovery process due to possible re-injury.

Presti said Ibaka's injury is in the plantaris part of the calf.

Look for Durant to average 35 v spurs...and be dog tired.

Praying for 1. Kobe's Health (looks pretty good so far), 2. High Draft Pick (Randle...injured game #1.*sigh*) 3. Miracle Trade (Not yet), 4. Quality Free Agent (Boozer, kind of, Davis, nice upside!), 5. Brilliant Coaching Hire (Byron!...but the jury is out)

Well... Looks like OKC isn't winnningthe title.

Even if they were to somehow make it past the Spurs, they'll be way to exhausted and won't have enough fire power to stop Miami or the Pacers.

Now the question is.... What happens to OKC after this?  Where will KD and Russell go?

Spurs should finish in 4 or 5 then to get the rest they need to play Miami, who will take 6 or 7 with Indy

Tough, tough blow for OKC. Without Ibaka the Spurs are going to focus all their defense on KD and Westbrook, can't really see how OKC pulls out the series win now. Could be Spurs-Heat all over again.

BTW is anyone looking at the numbers Westbrook is putting up this post season. One of very few dudes that has these numbers over the past 20 years im guessing. Playing at an unreal, if slightly out of control as usual, level.

I'm a total fan and would take any negatives he brings with him in his game to have him.

Wouldnt shock me to see Ibaka back playing a week or 2 from now if they dont leave him off playoff roster.

Get ready to see a lot of Steven Adams!

Also..
The harden trade has basicly turned into harden, for Steven Adams...

And...
I kinda really like Steven Adams... When I watched the draft, I fell in love with his playing hustle and energy... But I didn't think he would be heard form again... Just a wild New Zealander

But holy moley!
He has transformed his body in less than a year... (He eats 6 entrees for a meal!!!!)

I think his skill level should improve.. His body is all ready at a high level and will get better... I think Steven Adams is going to be a really good player for the thunder. Really fast...
He will be a top 10 center next year...
He will be an all-star at some point...
He is similar to jokeem Noah... Just a defensive thorn in everyone's side

If they had missed on Steven Adams, whew. That would suck.. And gotten nothing for harden

They better hurry as they look dead in the water the last 2 games without him.

Those Spurs points in the paint numbers against them are staggering!

He can't come in with a busted calf and lift the Thunder to defensive juggernaut status, which is what you need to beat the Spurs right now

Sucks for KD. Last year it was WB, this year it's Ibaka. Just some really bad luck.

I think Lamb can be a good player but Brooks wanted to go with the vets more.  Martin would have been what the doctor ordered for them this year as well
