The American/Puerto Rican actor has retired.

That's a bit surprising. Walk The Line and Signs were my favorite films of his. His brother River (RIP) was probably the greater talent though.

He is high on something. Same as Affleck...

This is very sad news, I loved him in Walk The Line, I don't understand his decision

Nobody would, but it's his decision. Everyone has their reasons, and I'm sure Joaquin has his reasons to quit his acting career. Hope he thought a lot about this.

I wouldn't doubt he could be back to acting at SOME point in his life again, particularly seeing as he's soo young.

This is pretty ironic considering his brother's acting career came to an early halt to unfortunate circumstances....

RIP: River Phoenix

But, I do think Juaquin will be back.

When he spends all his money he will come back, but it may be late for him, he doesn't have a future in music IMO.

and he was definetly high when he decided to retire...

Hes going to be on Letterman tonight. Im anxious to hear what he has to say about his retirement.
