I dont see Ibaka and Perkins being even half effective vs Gasol and Randolf. Playoff games are won in the paint. If OKC wants to win they better shoot 65%+. Because theyre not getting rebounds and dribble penetration to the rim will be difficult vs the Grizz D. If Memphis plays to their strengths they can make OKC a jump shooting team. Its hard to win 4 of 7 shooting half court offense  jumpers. Now if OKC can manage to get into the open court and execute a fast break offense for 4 of 7 games then they can win. But its not likely vs the match ups the Grizz give.

Perkins is a good post defender and Ibaka is a great help defender. They will be bale to hold their own. And they have no one to guard the MVP, Durant. And Thunder is the better team.

Don't be surprised when the trio of tayshawn Prince, James Johnson and john Leur who's played great d down the stretch contains Durant. They won't stop him. But they can contain him. Then Westbrook starts forcing the tempo. Shooting bricks but can't grab boards. I'm not saying OKC can't win or even suggesting they don't have a shot.but Memphis matches up well.if they play to their strengths that can obsolete Durant scoring 60/game.

I agree on the Grizz having a good shot at winning the series.

Then again, the Thunder are definitely going to be playing with a chip on their shoulder. They could just win home games since the Grizz are gonna have a TON of trouble scoring on the road.

Yeah but I wasn't expecting to see Atlanta win one game let alone the first game in Indiana.  The Pacers just look like they're in a deep funk.

Just surprising that the Pacers still don't realize there's a big target on their back and teams step it up against them.

But still, only one game. Just means a 6 game series instead of a 5.

Exactly. I wasn't surprised they put up a dud right away given the way they've been playing lately. That's why I picked them in 6

Pacers need to be underdogs in their mind again, being down 3-2 or 2-1 in a couple series will have them ready for the cocky Heat

Its been great bball so far.

LA playing out of his mind!

So many great story lines so far.

And Pop getting trounced the day he receives his COTY award kinda cracks me up.

Back in the day...i was at a playoff game where Michael Cooper won his DPOY. Lakers were playing GS and Sleepy Floyd just torched Coop with one of the great playoff games of a laker opponent. That was less funny than the Pop thing

Aldridge isn't playing out of his mind.

He's a damn good player, Houston is bad at defending athletic big men and Houston is being coached very poorly on the defensive end.

He is playing better than he usually does, but he excelled against the Rockets all season

2 40+ games in a row (on amazing shooting) imo is out of his mind. (along w an 18 rebound in one of them...)

There was a graphic that came up and said its only been done (first 2 away games) by 2 other players in league history. Jordan and T Mac.

Lets see how many guys score 40 in these playoffs. Very tough number to reach during playoffs. My guess is MAYBE 2 other guys. MAYBE. Lets check back and see
