Warriors-Clippers & Rockets-Blazers are going to be very entertaining match-ups, especially GS and LAC.

^ Agree with your whole thing, but I see the Spurs beating the Rockets instead.

Otherwise, I'm on board with your predictions.

This, with Indiana making the finals - and losing.

Wouldn't be surprised if Portland beats Houston.

Don't really have any strong predictions, but watch out for the Nets.

The usual suspects plus clippers.

But in terms of PLAYERS...these are the guys i'm looking forward to watching to see what they produce over the playoffs.

Harden and Dwight

Steph Curry

BG

Lowry

LeBron (obviously)

Durant and RW (obviously)

John Wall

Paul George

Damien Lillard

Praying for 1. Kobe's Health, 2. High Draft Pick (Randle!) 3. Miracle Trade (Not yet), 4. Quality Free Agent (Boozer, kind of), 5. Brilliant Coaching Hire (Byron!...but the jury is out)

Really really exciting first round matchups on the West Coast.

the only snoozer I think would be

San Antonio vs Dallas

But the rematch of OKC vs Memphis

The Clippers vs Golden State

Houston vs Portland

All those are EXCITING!!

On the East...

Indiana vs Atlanta...

Miami vs Charlotte could be interesting because of the defensive style of Steve Clifford and Al Jefferson taking out Miami interiorly.  Will test Miami for sure even if it only goes 5 games, if Wade does not play or Miami is still bitten by the injury bug this could go 6 or 7.  Charlotte is like that Chicago Bulls team right before breaking through but they don't have their "Rose" yet.

Toronto vs Brooklyn is not going to be a one sided series, could go 7, because the Raptors are a young and effective team, almost like they're the "warriors" this year, Derozan, Lowry, Johnson, Terrance Ross who looks like he could be a problem for the league very soon, they could upset the Nets, it's a very real possibility, they are young and hungry and have a very effective offense as well.   So that's a series to watch.

Chicago vs Washington is another nice matchup, but the Wizards have made the proper moves to make themselves a dark horse in this as well, Chicago is great defensively, if it holds up for 4 games against John Wall, Ariza etc is another question entirely, could be another 6-7 game series.

Lots of exciting matchups in the first round, surprisingly the two snoozers are gonna be both 1st seed vs 8th seed games on the West and East

I don't think the Raptors are getting enough credit. I think they'll beat the Nets, and it shouldn't be called an upset, they're the 3rd seed.

There's gold and it's haunting and haunting; it's luring me on as of old; Yet it isn't the gold that I'm wanting So much as just finding the gold; It's the great, big, broad land 'way up yonder, It's the forest where silence has lease; It's the beauty that thrills me with wonder, It's the stillness that fills me with peace.

Spurs to win the title against anyone. I'm not exactly a fan of them though, but if they were not in, I would rather see the Heat threepeat against Oklahoma City or anybody in the West.

I think the general consensus around here is anyone except the Heat and Clippers winning it. Unfortunately, I see those two as the most ready to win in the finals.

God I hope I'm wrong.

There are no exciting match-ups really. All very predictable.

99% sure there will not be one upset in any round in either conference.

Statistically i think says there will be...and its greater than 1%. Most likely 4-5, then 3-6

But way too lazy to find and post all previous seasons where there were ones
