Gordan has got to be Most Improved Player of the Year right?

I think they should trade him while his stock is still high.

High possibility of him regressing next year. Too hasty with putting that future second baseman tags on him.

We should trade him.

Can't trade Gordon.

26 years old, elite speed and fantastic defense.

There is always the chance he regresses, chance that presents itself with young players.

It's important to remember that Gordon was one of our top prospects for years so it's not like we should think this is a fluke more than it being the start of a quality career.

You can trade him but who plays second? Alex Guerrero is still an unknown at the second base spot in the big leagues so until you get more clarity on him, you can't move Dee.

Andy Laroche was a top prospect. Chin Lu Hu was a top prospect. Joel Guzman was a top prospect. All 3 proved they couldn't hit at the major league level. Dee Gordon's last 2 seasons were horrendous, not just defensively, but offensively as well. And let's say his offense regresses next year, he still hasn't shown that he's good enough with the glove to warrant keeping him on the field.

Don't get me wrong, I love me some Dee Gordon myself. I love his speed and energy that he brings to the game. But realistically, if we can dangle him to up grade the SP or bullpen in the offseason, he's by no means should be considered untradeable. Especially when Guerrero proven he has a major league bat and Sweeney is proving to be a legitimate prospect. Much rather sell high and take chances with Guerrero than watching Gordon regress. And I especially rather dangle Gordon than Seager and Urias.

Dan Haren has to go, but I don't really see an option to replace him other than Maholm, who is just as bad.

All we need is for the guys besides Greinke, Ryu, and Kersh to be average.

Damn Dodgers. All that money and we knew coming into the season even they still didn't have a legitimate fourth guy. Nothing doing at the deadline either on that front.

yo.
