Orlando and Davis have reached agreement on a buyout and parting will be official on Friday morning, league source tells Yahoo.

Clippers are a strong frontrunner for Glen Davis should buyout get completed, league sources tell Yahoo.

I can see him heading to Miami since they got a roster spot avail now.

Clippers will likely have interest in Glen Davis if he's indeed bought out, I'm hearing.

Let the arms race begin, Miami does have a free roster spot. Wondering if Granger will be waived by Philly.

Along with the Clippers, sources tell Yahoo others expressing interest in free agent to be forward Glen Davis include Miami, SA, BKN & GS.

Glen Davis will be a free agent on Monday assuming he clears waivers.

Golden State would be a fine choice for him.

Brooklyn is pursuing Davis hard too, sources tell Yahoo Sports. Kevin Garnett is working to help recruit his ex-Celtics teammate.

^ I'm sure Davis would love to reunite with KG. This time they could cry together & reminisce on old times.

On KG's sales pitch to free agent Big Baby, Nets Pierce joked:"I don't know. KG made him cry one time so he might not want to be around KG."

One clarification on Big Baby: Word is decision will come down to PT/which situation he likes best. Nets DON'T have $ edge over Clips here

Any amount Clips or Nets pay Big Baby to sign for rest of season will be subtracted from amount Orlando owes him, so Nets' DPE not an edge

The Clippers cleared a roster spot at the deadline, that's where he's going.  They still need help in the paint.

NBA free agent forward Glen Davis is "leaning" toward signing with the Clippers, a source told Yahoo. Davis clears waivers at 5 PM EST today

Glen Davis wont clear waivers until this afternoon, but he gave the Clippers a sense he's decided to join them.

Davis has started to inform teams of decision to sign with Clippers, and Clips are proceeding with knowledge that he's coming, sources said.
