Looking at the rest of the Lakers' schedule, I could very well see them winning just one more game the rest of the season, and that game isn't even a lock for a win lol (at home vs Orlando March 23rd).

Lakers looking to finish the season at 20-62 perhaps?

Don't exaggerate now. This team has some guys who play way too hard for that to happen.

Very nice comeback by the Lakers. If only they contained the grizzlies' bench (especially that james johnson guy), they might end up with the W.

Whoever those guys are, they won't play hard for the full 48 minutes.

We played very good offensively and defensively in the 2nd half.

Jumping off the tanking bandwagon lol.

Although with 24 games left, even squeezing 10 wins seems unlikely for optimists like myself. I genuinely thought this team was going to 35 wins.

I just try to be realistic that's all. Leave a little margin for error.

Possibly the play of the game right here. This was beautiful:

That's what Jason Collins said.

That was some triangle/princeton-like stuff there.  I wish we did it more often.  Seemed to do it in bits and pieces in the 2nd half and when someone decided to iso instead it resulted in a missed shot or turnover and Memphis scored.

If we play more like THIS up there consistently then we will do much better.

The most telling thing about it though is that you see that Farmar, Pau and Wesley know what they are doing and Baze and Brooks are standing on the other side like "alright now we... what's going... do we go in to...um.. nice play!"

Hopefully when we finally get some practices in with these guys it will come more natural for them.

Yep. Probably a rare time Rambis was allowed to call a play.

watched the ESPN "recap" of this game.

They cut out all Lakers highlights and then in the 3rd quarter they went "In the 3rd quarter.... all Grizz... Grizzlies go on to win this one"

Um.. no... third and fourth were the Lakers best quarters and they nearly pulled off the epic comeback.  ESPN is trying to make you believe it's a blowout and then the final score is a 5 point game...

Are they even trying anymore  :smh:

I did not get to watch the game but I just watched the highlights.

- Wes Johnson's play on both ends of the floor was phenomenal

- Gasol finally stepped up in the 2nd half

- Look at Farmar being clutch (and that steal and layup late in the game)
